Local revolving loan funds:
Many communities offer city and/or county direct loan programs that are designed to help businesses within their communities. ICB prides itself on its ability to work with local governments and economic development organizations to best structure financing to meet your needs.
With the SBA and USDA Rural Development Business and Industry Guaranteed loans, you have the opportunity to lock into long-term, fixed-rate funding sources. The guaranteed portion of these loans (typically 75-80% of the total loan) has an established secondary market that enables you to fix your loan for five to twenty-five years. ICB prides itself on the successful utilization of the secondary market to properly match long-term financing with long-term assets.
