Agricultural Financing
We have several options for financing your agricultural outlays. Our lenders have substantial experience in many areas of the agriculture industry. This experience means they can say 'been there, done that' more often than not. We have seen many different types of farm operations and know which loan structures work best in different situations. By using loans, lines of credit and government guaranteed programs, our experienced lenders can assist you in achieving your project goals and help you minimize your risk while doing so.
Loans and Lines of Credit
Investors Community Bank is a state leader in dairy expansion financing and also offers loans in many other agricultural areas. If you need assistance for crop, livestock, equipment or real estate purchases, we can provide the financing for you. We also offer lines of credit to cover your annual operational and capital needs and term loans for your more permanent financing needs.
Farm Services Agency (FSA)
Investors Community Bank was the first preferred FSA lender approved in the State of Wisconsin and one of the first few in the nation. As a preferred FSA lender, we are able to approve FSA loans ourselves without FSA's prior approval. This allows us to provide faster decisions on FSA loan requests. The FSA loan program allows us to offer you long term fixed interest rate loans on qualified projects. Fixed rate financing is one way we can help in minimizing your risk.
Small Business Administration (SBA)
SBA 504(b) loans are non-guaranteed loans that cover up to 35% of the construction costs on new expansions. We also offer SBA 7(a) guaranteed loans for purchasing real estate and equipment. Long term fixed rates are available to help our customers control their interest rate risk associated with rising interest rates.
Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA)*(1) Loans
WHEDA loans may be available for purchasing inputs for your farm production needs.
