We may also disclose all of the information we collect as described on the other side of this notice to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. When we conduct business on your behalf with third parties (e.g. mortgage companies, insurance agents), we require these companies to maintain confidentiality. We also obtain a copy of their "Privacy Policy" and will provide a copy to you on request.

Explanation of Opt-Out Right

If you prefer that we not disclose nonpublic information about you to nonaffiliated third parties, you may opt-out. Meaning, you can direct us not to make those disclosures about you, except as permitted by law. You may notify us of your decision at any time. For accounts that are held jointly by more than one customer, any of the account holders may opt out on behalf of the other account holders.
