We believe the confidentiality and protection of customer information is one of our primary responsibilities. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. Access to nonpublic personal information about you is accessible only to those employees who need to know that information in able to provide products or services to you.
Categories of Nonpublic Personal Information that We May Collect
We collect retain, and use nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

Disclosure Policies Relating To Nonpublic Personal Information
- We do not disclose any information about our current customers or former customers to any company for the purpose of independent telemarketing or direct mail marketing of any non-financial products or services of those companies.
- We do disclose, as allowed by law, nonpublic personal information about our current customers or former customers in the following situations:
- You requested or authorized it.
- The information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated by you.
- The information is provided to a reputable credit bureau or similar reporting agency.
- The disclosure is lawfully permitted or required (e.g., subpoena, investigation of fraudulent activity, request by regulator, etc.)
- We may also disclose all of the information we collect as described on the other side of this notice to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. When we conduct business on your behalf with third parties (e.g. mortgage companies, insurance agents), we require these companies to maintain confidentiality. We also obtain a copy of their "Privacy Policy" and will provide a copy to you on request.
Explanation of Opt-Out Right
If you prefer that we not disclose nonpublic information about you to nonaffiliated third parties, you may opt-out. Meaning, you can direct us not to make those disclosures about you, except as permitted by law. You may notify us of your decision at any time. To opt out of such disclosures, you may stop in or call us at 920-686-9998 or at 1-888-686-9998. For accounts that are held jointly by more than one customer, any of the account holders may opt out on behalf of the other account holders.
Changes or Inquiries Regarding Our Privacy Policy
