At Investors Community Bank, giving back to the communities in which we live and work is at the heart of what we do.

It's the local communities in each of our markets who have put their trust in us, so we're honored to be able to give back to those we serve - whether that's by putting the deposits we receive in each market back to work for farms and businesses in those same communities, or by the contributions we provide locally.

We are proud to support the organizations, nonprofits and people who are working hard to improve our cities and towns. In addition to financial support, many of our employees are committed to serving on local boards and volunteering with area organizations...donating time and energy to the things that mean the most to them.

We give back to our communities in a variety of ways, including:

Community Impact Program
Each year, ICB provides each employee with $200 to give to a charitable cause of their choice. Our intent is to empower our employees to make a positive impact in their own way and help out a wide variety of area organizations we otherwise may not have been aware of.

Here's just a small sample of the impact we have on our communities:

"Donating to the CAP Services Youth Program was such an easy choice. The program serves youth in the area whose home life is not always ideal. It gives them a safe place to go for activities, mentoring and counseling services. The program coordinator, Andy, was previously a police officer in the area, so he understands the importance of changing the views on what life could be like for the young people in our area who are at risk.”

“As a board member of the Wisconsin Agricultural Education Center (WAEC), I am proud to have donated my community impact dollars to this worthwhile project. The WAEC board is comprised of passionate industry leaders that wanted to bring a state-of-the-art agricultural center to the heart of the dairy state. Our ‘Create, Cultivate, Educate’ campaign will help educate the general public on where their food actually comes from and how it is produced.”

Volunteer Hours
Our employees love to volunteer! In 2018, more than 1,500 hours of volunteer time were given to area organizations - from sports teams to schools to Chamber of Commerce's in the markets we serve. In fact, the bank is so passionate about encouraging volunteering, that we give each employee four paid hours of volunteer time each year.

Employee Giving
We also support area organizations in each of our markets through tangible donations, like:
  • School supply donations
  • Thanksgiving food drive
  • Christmas adopt a family program
  • Donation of unused furniture to area non profits
  • Power of Community Week Project - 2019 Sock Drive
  • #10GallonChallenge milk donations to help area farmers and food pantries
